GA Big Tent to be held in Louisville Aug 1-3 | | |
Mark your calendars and plan to attend.
Under one roof, the 2013 Big Tent will combine 10 national Presbyterian conferences and a single theme: "Placing God's First Things First" (Matthew 6:33-34). It will take place at the Kentucky International Convention Center and nearby hotels in downtown Louisville.

| Hymn festival to feature new PCUSA hymnal | | |

Come and join us for a hymn festival that celebrates the new Presbyterian Hymnal, Glory to God. It will be led by David Eicher, hymnal editor and a past president of The Hymn Society in the United States and Canada, and also the editor of Holy is the Lord: Music for the Lord's Day, published by Geneva Press.
The service will include instruments, dance and lots of congregational singing. Following the service, David will give a short presentation about the development of the hymnal and answer questions.

| Blue Ash, Grace to give away hymnals | | |
Blue Ash Presbyterian Church has 30-40 copies of The Hymnbook (the maroon Presbyterian hymnal that pre-dated the Worshipbook) the asking. They are in excellent condition; most have memorial bookplas inside the cover.

| Eyre to lead C S Lewis Institute Cincinnati | | |
There will be a breakfast Saturday April 27 from 8:30 to 10:30 in the Fellowship Hall of Madeira-Silverwood Presbyterian Church to introduce the C. S. Lewis Institute of Cincinnati.
The Rev. Stephen Eyre initiated the Fellows Program of the C. S. Lewis Institute of Cincinnati this past year. The Fellows Program provides a year-long study program for thoughtful discipleship in the tradition of C. S. Lewis wih readings and lectures in theology, culture, apologetics.
The speaker will be Joel S. Woodruff, Ed.D., vice president of discipleship and outreach of the C. S. Lewis Institute from the national headquarters in Washington, D. C.
