Motion:
To concur with the recommendation of the review team, Council and the Parish Elders that Mr. Hauser's request for reinstatement be denied.

 

Rationale:
A review team was appointed by the Stated Clerk to review Mr. Hauser's request.  Upon full review, recommendation of the review team is to not reinstate Mr. Hauser.  Both Council and the Parish Elders concur with the this recommendation.
