(1) THURSDAY, OCT 15: (7pm sharp) ADVENTURES IN THE CRYSTAL KINGDOM -- MONTHLY CRYSTAL CLASSES @ The Bead Angel. Led by Certified Crystal Healer & Reiki 3 Practitioner Sierra Koch, 7pm-9pm, THIRD THURSDAYS, $10 FEE.
ARE YOU READY TO DIVE INTO THE ENCHANTED WORLD OF CRYSTALS?
Do you know a little bit about our sparkly friends, but wish you knew more? Join us on the 3rd Thursday monthly as we explore the Crystal Kingdom! The focus for each month will alternate between a technical 'hands-on' class and a 'Crystal of the Month'. Specific stones or families of stones will be addressed each month - you can bring your own or pick up new ones at The Bead Angel before class.
Each class stands alone - continuous attendance, while fun & desirable, is not required. Handouts will be provided at each class - materials from classes you missed will also be available for a small extra fee.
NOTE: CLASS 1 COVERS/COVERED BASICS THAT EVERYONE wants to know (see below).
2015 SCHEDULE OF CLASSES:
Remember - the THIRD THURSDAY of every month! Thursday evenings the store closes at 6:30pm. Classes start and doors are locked at 7pm sharp (don't be late).
CLASS 1 covered the basics-Starting with the 5 C's of crystals -- Choosing, Cleaning, Clearing, Charging and Communicating. CLASS 1 offers a fully hands-on experience as we go through multiple ways to do each. We also learn how super easy it is to attune to crystal energy. It is highly recommended that you bring at least 1 crystal to use during the class. Your preference or a clear quartz. IF YOU MISSED IT, A COMPLETE HANDOUT OF CLASS 1 IS AVAILABLE FOR $3. Sierra is offering "CUSTOM MAKE-UPS" of classes you might have missed, one on one or one on two/three by special appointment. Call and ask.
Crystals have been in Sierra's life much longer than Reiki. She has collected crystals & stones of all types since age 12. A few years later she discovered crystal healing & started using stones that way, mostly on herself, sometimes with plants. Eventually, she started using them on others, then began incorporating them with Reiki. Sierra has taken countless crystal workshops, classes, and programs. In May 2014 she became a Certified Crystal Healer (CCH) through the Love & Light School of Energy Medicine.

SARAH POSTLEWAITE, LCSW, HTP/A, RM, WMA -- Healing Touch, Reiki Master, Certified Angel Tarot Card Reader, Crystal Healing - INTEGRATIVE ENERGY THERAPIST:
Sarah is "on-call" from 11am to 5pm, at The Bead Angel.
Walk in or better yet, phone and SCHEDULE A SESSION. Sarah is a talented and valued member of the growing list of professional practitioners whose services are available to you via The Bead angel.
Sarah offers Integrative Energy Therapy Sessions at The Bead Angel, by appointment, on at least one Saturday monthly plus occasional evenings & other times thru the week. Sessions are $35 for 30 minutes, $70 per hour. PLEASE CALL 812-426-2323 for appointments or with any questions about Sarah and her work.
In her session work, Sarah integrates her skills in Healing Touch, Reiki, Intuitive Crystal Work, Angel Guidance & Psychotherapy. This combination fosters the alignment & balancing of the Chakras, facilitating the identification & release of past trauma, energy blockages & emotional baggage that is held in the client's energy body. The client is enabled & empowered to be free from the hold of past traumas, whether physical, emotional or psychological.
Sarah earned her Bachelor and Masters (MSW) degree in Social Work from the University of Southern Indiana and holds a License in Clinical Social Work (LCSW). Sarah's interest, specialty and focus lie with helping adults and children of violence, emotional pain and trauma.
Sarah has extensive experience in assisting clients who suffer from depression, anxiety and anger.
Sarah is Reiki Master Certified and Level 4 Certified in Healing Touch (working towards full Master Teacher accreditation). She is an experienced meditator and has been using crystal layouts and angel guidance intuitively for years.
(4) Sunday, October 18, we are conducting our very first REIKI ONE Class with Cynthia and Gregory as Teachers. We are introducing a new focus on Reiki as a Spiritual Practice, and it seems as tho' the time is right, because this class is full and we already have a waiting list for the next one! SO, consider this as a pre-announcement of our new monthly series, beginning in January, 2016, we will be offering Reiki One every month, on the 3rd Sunday of the month. Depending upon complexity of services, her fees vary from $35 for a 30-minute Reflexology Session to $75 per hour or more for complex Therapeutic & Diagnostic Sessions. Kay also offers sessions on other days by 24 hour advance appointment. Please call for details & appointments.

Directions:
From the Lloyd Expressway, go north on Weinbach, cross the RR tracks, look for sign "The Crossing", 701 N Weinbach on the right/East side of Weinbach. Turn in either entrance; we are in the first building on the north side of the complex.
From Morgan Avenue, go south on Weinbach, watch for The Crossing on your left, turn left into first entrance, first building on the left/north, Suite 540.
From north on 41, turn left/East at Morgan, go less than 1 mile to Weinbach, turn right/South, then as above.
From KY or anywhere south on 41, turn East/right onto Lloyd or go further north to turn on Morgan, then as above.
This is as CLOSE to a CENTRAL EVANSVILLE location as we could get. Weinbach Avenue is only 7 tenths of a mile east of Hwy 41. Whether you are on the Lloyd Expressway, Morgan Avenue or near U of E on Lincoln Avenue, it is easy to find. We hope it is more convenient for everyone to find and drive to. We have a large double-wide door, with glass on either side of it. We have a simple BEAD ANGEL SIGN "lettered up" in a door-side window, so just look for that and the Suite number, 540, on the first building 'inside' the complex on the north side of everything.
