What's New This Week?
Care for the Animals
Wildcat Creek Wildlife Center would like to train you to be an animal care volunteer caring for Indiana's wildlife in need. They care for nearly 2000 wildlife patients of all species each year.
Baby season will be here before you know it and they are gearing up! Time commitment is four hours per week. You will be assigned to a trainer so no animal experience is necessary. If interested, call Denise at 765-430-1582 or visit www.wildcatwildlifecenter.org
| Train to become a Crisis Volunteer
The Crisis Center could not operate without its 80-100 volunteers. Volunteers come from all walks of life. Four times a year, the Crisis Center provides over 45 hours of intensive training to enable our volunteers to provide confidential, individualized service.Winter training starts February 19 and application and interviews have started.
Training is a great opportunity to help others in need, meet wonderful caring people, and develop incredibly useful skills. Consider joining their dedicated team! For more detail, visit the LCC website, or contact Beth, beth@lafayettecrisiscenter.org or 765-742-0247
