Our Underground Wine tasting Dinner
 
Thank you to everyone for making the dinner a huge success!
We began with leisurely cocktails in the beautiful garden while being serenaded by The Modern Gypsy Jazz Band.

It was a wonderful evening and having interior designer Madeline Stuart there to give us a personal tour of her designs made it really special.  You can see a few more photos of the house here

Cranberries
Cranberry Sauce

 

1 cup water
1 cup sugar
12-oz bag fresh or frozen cranberries (3 cups)
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest


Bring water and sugar to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Add cranberries and simmer, stirring occasionally, until berries just pop, 10 to 12 minutes. Stir in zest, then cool.
