What does it take to change the course of chronic disease?
For many people, a change in how they eat every day can make a big impact. Here Dr. Bob Pellegrine, our Medical Director, offers us the lifestyle tips he encourages his patients to adopt. In this video, he talks about how these changes worked wonders for one patient.
 1. Eat 3 meals a day.
2. Eat only at mealtime. 3. Fill your plate once.
4. Don't eat until you're full. It takes your brain time to catch up to your mouth.
