 The Well: Episcopal Lutheran Campus Ministry (ELCM) in Greenville welcomes new Campus Minister, The Rev. Donna Kraus.
Donna grew up in Iowa and graduated with a BS from Valparaiso University. She taught physical education and coached for three years before moving to Columbus, Ohio were she worked in the business and education worlds including owning and operating two Sylvan Learning Centers. Donna graduated from Trinity Lutheran Seminary in Columbus, OH with an MDiv and served as Pastor at Christ the King Lutheran Church in St. Clairesville, for 9 years. Donna was planning to retire to North Carolina, but not ready to fully retire from active ministry.
She is passionate about working with college students and young adults, engaging them in conversations about faith and looking at growth in faith development as positive outcomes of ministry with and among this population. Donna enjoys reading, golfing and spending time with her pug, Lily.
Donna will begin her ministry with the The Well: ELCM in Greenville on August 1, 2014.
