Parking is limited in downtown New Bern, we encourage carpooling. Please visit the Bishop Search website for updates and more information.

Schola Cantorum wants YOU!

Schola Cantorum of the Diocese of East Carolina is looking for a few good choristers! Schola's choristers are passionate about learning, perfecting and delivering Anglican choral music. The rewards of singing with Schola are deeply personal, highly spiritual and enormously satisfying. Six to eight times per year, Schola processes into churches large and small and shares its musical talents, the likes of which parishioners in those churches rarely have the chance to experience. Schola has shared its talents beyond the Diocese of East Carolina, singing in Virginia, New York City and England. These events continue to motivate Schola's choristers to individual self-improvement and ensemble blend excellence.
If you are intrigued, please contact Schola's President, Mr. Lewis Moore, at [email protected]. Lewis will be happy to answer your questions and arrange a convenient time and place for a vocal audition.
