Our Spiritual Night will take place at the center and the Interfaith March starts at the Wilshire Boulevard Temple and ends here at ICSC. Sunday School
*NO SUNDAY SCHOOL ON MARCH 20* - SPRING BREAK
New Horizon Appreciation Dinner: We will have our annual Appreciation Dinner on April 2 and will honor Ms. Shahida Alikhan. Please call/visit the office for more information.
Enrollment Packets: For the 2016-2017 school year will be available in the school office starting the first week of March. Please stop by to pick one up.
We are always accepting new students. For more information about our New Horizon elementary school or our Sunday School program, please contact Hadir Elsayad.

Muslim Youth Group (MYG:)
MYG meets every Sunday from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. in the Youth Room
Saturday (3/5):
We will be attend Spiritual Night with the rest of the center, eat dinner, and then meet in the youth room to make signs and banners for the Interfaith March on Sunday.
Sunday (3/6):
We will participate in the Interfaith March, "In the Path of the Prophet Abraham".
T-Shirt Sales:
MYG will be selling t-shirts to spread awareness about shooting that took place in Fort Wayne, Indiana last weekend. Profits will be used to fund more projects that shine a light on the issues that our young, Muslims are facing. Purchase your shirt at Spiritual Night or at the Interfaith March on Sunday!

Salam Alaikum, my name is Zacharia "Ziko" Elkobaitry and I am 11 years old. I have never really thought about how lucky I am for my blessings. Recently I made a speech in front of my school about how grateful I am about what I have, but I still don't think that I really understood it until the day I went to the Food Pantry at the Islamic Center. When I saw how there are people who attend every weekend to get their food to survive - I realized then, that they couldn't just eat whatever they wanted...whenever they wanted. They have to eat very little each day until the following week when they once again come to the Food Pantry.
When I was at the Islamic Center, I started to see that this is happening to millions of people all over the world. So many people are ending up homeless, and we need services like the ICSC Food Pantry to help do our part for the world.
Alhamdulillah, God has given me the opportunity to help make the lives of a few people a little better. After my first time doing this, I know that I will be there again as soon as possible, Insha'allah.

Prayer Times
We are open for prayers five times a day, every day. Iqama is ten minutes after the athan is called. You can find prayer times on our website.
