We are starting our tenth year in business! Can you believe it? Where did the time go? In order to reach a milestone such as this, entrepreneurs need to exhibit quite a number of characteristics including tenacity, perseverance and an unwavering belief in what they set out to do. All of these characteristics are challenging in their own right, but a business owner knows that in order to be successful, he/she must not only continue to put one foot in front of the other every single day, but also must insure that he provides value for the clients and customers he serves. We are grateful for our clients, our employees and the vendors who help us provide the best services of this type in the desert. Thank YOU for believing in us!
It's finally Fall!

It's Fall...
difficult to believe since it's still over 100 degrees outside, but Fall it is and that means it is time to service your HVAC systems, time to reseed for pretty winter lawns and time to prep for the holidays.
No matter what you need, we are here to assist -- from housekeeping to grocery shopping, from landscaping to laundry, from windows to handyman services -- we can do whatever you need to ready your home for the coming holiday and vacation season.
And don't forget, it's less than 90 days until Christmas and Hanukkah so if you need help planning parties, catering, decorating, shopping, gift wrapping, or shipping -- or any other task on your holiday 'to do' list, we are here to help.

There is no app for this...


In this age of ultimate-technology, there are apps out there for just about everything. And believe you me, we avail ourselves of many of them. We LOVE apps. They make our lives so easy. But there is one thing for which there is still no app.... unparalleled customer service.
When we set out to create Executive Errands® our first thought was that we wanted to make a difference for people. We wanted to create something that was so different and so helpful; people would clamor for our services.
Now, as we start our tenth year (can you believe it?!?), we are secure in the knowledge that we have, indeed, created something special.
One thing that sets us apart is that we treat each of our clients as if they are our only client. We put their well-being and the well-being of their home above all else. We know what a client cares about - staying involved in their home-away-from-home; therefore we are thorough and diligent in the way we check empty homes, proactively communicating through email and with pictures, and we take initiative to maintain our client homes the way our clients would themselves.

Our customer service is so second nature to us that we often forget it is unique. That is, until the horror stories arrive. We have friends who know people who say they do what we do, but who are providing services as a side job, who have no insurance, who maintain no paperwork, and who often do not care for their client homes with integrity or care.
And the stories they tell us about these people are frightening:
* Homes left open and unlocked for days at a time -- sometimes with front doors actually wide open!
* Windows left open and unattended. In one case, gusty wind blew the shade pull string around the faucet, then pulled it on, flooding the home
* Inches deep of dead and not-so-dead bugs in homes that allegedly had absentee home care
* Green pools and landscape issues because their vendors did not show up over the summer - and the home wasn't being checked as agreed
Oh my heart! We would NEVER allow any of that to happen. We have strict key policies that clearly define home security measures. We have procedures that specifically dictate how things are to be done so as to ensure all our people are trained exactly the same way.
And to further ensure the absolute highest level of customer service, we assign a concierge to each client and the client knows this is the person who will be in their home, the person with whom they can directly communicate, the person they can count on. This policy alone sets us apart.
Add in the fact our documentation is both impeccable and available to clients via online access (using a software system we developed, by the way), and it is easy to see that the services Executive Errands® provides are so far beyond average that the only to quantify it is to say... there is no app for that....
