Essential Elements™,our proprietary software solution, will do just that. This software has been in use for the last seven years as the platform for Executive ErrandsŪ and now we want to share it with you! It is a mature product that is fully scalable so it will grow as your business does. Furthermore, it is an internet based product so it doesn't matter if you're a Mac or PC person; as long as you have internet access via a tablet, laptop or smart phone, you can use this software - and so can your clients, vendors, and employees!

What does Essential Elements™ do?
From an Admin perspective, Essential Elements™ houses all your client, vendor and employee data. Time is deposited, charged, and tracked. Referrals are automated - and includes the ability to add disclaimers to help protect your company from liability. The system is email-driven, which keeps you in front of your clients in a positive and non-threatening way - an important benefit if you want to encourage your clients to use your services on a regular basis.
Essential Elements™ includes an online checklist to use when you do work for your clients. This electronic checklist triggers an automatic notification email to your client, alerting him or her you've done work and advising them to log in to view your activity and the Inspection Form itself. The ability to offer your clients full transparency sets you apart from other, similar companies and is an excellent sales feature.
Essential Elements™ also includes reporting tools to help you run your company in a proactive and efficient manner. Hours by Client, Referrals by Month, Employee time cards, Vendor insurance due to expire, visibility to client accounts that need more time and so much more. And don't worry if you have no employees yet - someday you might and the software will already be in place. In the meantime, you'll be tracking your own efforts. Affordable, Grows as You Do
When you own a small business, it is imperative that you save your time and budget for truly necessary tasks and products. The reason we created Essential Elements™ software was because from the beginning of Executive ErrandsŪ, we did not want to waste time doing non-value-added activities and we wanted to create a foundation for the company that was built on automation and a technology that would ultimately attract clients.
Essential Elements™ pricing is based on the number of clients you have and over time, will go up as your client base grows. As an example, from zero to 25 regular monthly clients, the software is extremely affordable with licensing agreements at just $99/month*. Once set up, the monthly fee includes hosting, security and backups. There are no hidden or extra fees.
Most companies who sell time can only grow with manual data collection to about 25 or 30 full time clients because manually managing data, invoicing and tracking is so difficult and time-consuming. With Essential Elements™, there should be no limit to the number of clients you can manage - the time it takes to manage 100 or 200 is negligible. You won't see any difference from 10 to 100.
In our experience, Essential Elements™ saves us at least 20 hours per week of wasted administrative time and our data integrity is above reproach. The disclaimers on our automated referrals protect us from liability and since we have proactive reporting tools, we don't need to worry about not charging clients timely or being uninsured by vendors. Even if Essential Elements™ only saved you a few hours per week and you used those hours to cultivate a single new regular client, the software will have paid for itself.
*Set up fee applies. For zero to 25 clients, the setup fee is $500. The software tiers up to accommodate additional server space, so 26-50 clients is $149/month and so on. Two year initial commitment required.

Our consulting service plan is affordable - at just $75/hr (with a four hour minimum), you can get the help you need whether you're just starting out or you're ready to take your company to the next level or even if you're simply facing a single issue. And those four hours don't have to be used all at once. You can spend it a half hour or hour at a time. The hours you have on account never expire. We're flexible and will do our best to accommodate your needs.
