Some of our community service projects in the last year include:
- Competed in the "Dancing With Our Stars" event - winning first place for 'most money raised for charity' and 'audience favorite' - proceeds benefited House of Hope
- Chaired a "Celebrating Wellness" fundraising event for House of Hope
- Committee Member for "Heroes in Recovery" - a 6K race to bring awareness to (and help erase the stigma of) substance and mental health recovery
- Spoke about "Networking" for Incight, a nonprofit for disabled teens and young adults committed to helping them learn how to become productive members of society
- Charitable Garage Sales, Earthquake Preparedness Fairs, Toys For Tots
- Working Wardrobe Collection Drive
- Support our Troops Drive (care packages)
- Dressed up a Bear for 'The Bear Affair' an event benefiting the Boys and Girls Club
- Resource Director on the Board of Directors for House of Hope
- President of Cathedral City - Rancho Mirage Soroptimist club - a non-profit organization of women helping women
- Facilitated three food drives for FIND Food bank
- Collected jackets & sweaters for disadvantaged children
