Join us as we honor 10 young women  
who are changing the world


Join Robin McGraw, Girl Scout alumnae and Girl Scouts across the country to celebrate the national Young Women of Distinction via livestream telecast on Wednesday, October 7.  Awards will be pinned 3 p.m., Take Action Presentations will begin at 5:30 p.m. CST. 


Our own Rebecca Pober Citrin will be one of the 10 Gold Award recipients who will be honored.

Her Take Action project  on human trafficking demonstrated extraordinary leadership, had a measurable and sustainable impact, and addressed a local challenge that related to a national and global issue.

Robin McGraw, Master of Ceremonies 
Robin, a bestselling author and daily presence on the Dr. Phil Show, speaks often on issues affecting women and children.

Frances Hesselbein, former CEO of GSUSA 
Dr. Hesselsbein holds twenty-one honorary doctoral degrees and is considered one of our country's greatest leaders.

Jessica Minhas, Founder/CEO, I'll Go First 
Jessica is a TV host and producer specializing in culture and the media's impact on women.  Her non-profit organization is dedicated to empowering survivors of abuse and trauma.
