During FMM's recent strategic and business planning process, our consultants recommended revising our bylaws to better streamline our work and grow our organization. In keeping with these recommendations, Annual Meeting attendees who are members will be asked to vote by ballot on a new set of bylaws that includes standard non-profit language for board member voting rather than member voting for bylaw amendments, and elimination of unused committees. This notification serves as the required 14 day notification to our members. Proposed 2015 FMM Bylaws
