A Premiere Global Ezine Tai Chi & Qigong Magazine,
another free service from www.WorldTaiChiDay.org
Dear World Tai Chi & Qigong Day Supporters,
The National Qigong Association (NQA) is beginning their "Qi Talks" on October 10th, with guest speaker, Gary Paruszkiewicz. Gary has an amazing story, he came to Tai Chi when diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis 20 years ago when he was confined to a wheel chair and cane to get around. Today, 20 years later, Gary is a professional Tai Chi teacher, and his students have no idea he had MS until he tells them.

We included Gary's story and video in this presentation we did for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society last month at the University of Kansas Medical Center Campus.

Also, World Tai Chi & Qigong Day made it into the world's foremost Meditation and Yoga journal, OMTimes Magazine this month. See below article.
We hope you enjoy our free resources, and forward them and share them widely. A Kaiser Permanente study found that 85% of illness is caused by stress. Tai Chi & Qigong are such powerful health & stress reduction technologies that Harvard called them "medication in motion."
