Dear World Tai Chi & Qigong Day Supporters,

Tai Chi is not only good for arthritis, but when done in appropriate ways offers zero joint inflammation, and an effective weight bearing exercise to build bone and muscle mass.

For more on Tai Chi for Arthritis, visit our Medical Research Library at WorldTaiChiDay.org or go directly to our Library at:

We hope you enjoy our free resources, and forward them and share them widely. A Kaiser Permanente study found that 85% of illness is caused by stress. Tai Chi & Qigong are such powerful health & stress reduction technologies that Harvard called them "medication in motion."
