Cape Cod Beer is self distributing microbrewery located in Hyannis MA.  Over the last 11 years we have grown from a 1 person company with 12 customers to a 20+ employee company with 450+ customers between Plymouth and Provincetown.  We love Cape Cod, are passionate about making award winning beers and pride ourselves on providing world-class customer service to our customers!  We continue to grow each year by adding new beers to the line up and expanding into new packaging.  Our recent move to cans has been particularly successful for us!  It is time for us to hire a Sales & Distribution Manager to help fuel our growth  and improve efficiency in the Sales and Distribution process.  We're looking for someone who loves craft beer, has a strong sales management background, and wants to live and work on Cape Cod.

As part of our Management team, the Sales & Distribution Manager is responsible for achieving the annual wholesale budget for the company while also maintaining world class customer service and a strict attention to detail in terms of cost of sales and delivery.  The ideal candidate is a true leader that can attract high quality sales people to the company and help the sales & distribution staff achieve their goals, drive efficiency into the selling process and continue to grow beer volumes sold while making sure all back office functions are completed based on SOPs.  The Sales and Distribution Manager is responsible for new account development, existing account management as well as the allocating, loading and delivering the products ordered by the customer.  This includes identifying new opportunities, resolving technical and non-technical issues in the field, escalating issues, communicating potential areas of concern, accolades and opportunity back to management and/or appropriate sales person.  The ideal candidate will have grown and managed a successful sales team as well as have good computer skills.  This position reports directly to the President/Brewmaster.
