if you have known us for any time at all you know that the #ShopLocal thing is really important to us. Why? Because every winter, like every other year round business on Cape Cod, we struggle with things like cash flow, keeping people employed year round, paying a living wage, and the rising cost of living and healthcare! When you reach for a beer at the store - or order a drink at a bar or restaurant - and you don't order one of ours - it matters. It matters to the 45 people who's income depends on you buying a Cape Cod Beer. It matters to our local vendors, our local bank, our local professionals who process our payroll, design our website, and build all our cool graphics. It also has an impact as to how much we can give back to the countless number of charities who request donations and beer from us each year. It is all connected.
This is true for every buying purchase you make - and while that can be overwhelming to think about - we are asking you to think about it just a bit more, because it really does matter - to us - to our vendors - to our customers and to our local economy. #ShopLocal #ItMatters
