Special Valentine's Release
Woodford Reserve Bourbon Barrel Red
Our barrel aging program is currently very small and when things are redy we package and sell them.  The good news is that we plan to have one ready just in time for Valentines Day.  What Lead Brewer Jeff Rowe had to say about this beer:  "We took our flagship Red and tucked it away in a bourbon barrel for 8 months. The result is an easy drinking, smooth, woody version of our Red. Vanilla and Bourbon on the nose leads to an aged, mellowed body. The finish is laced with subtle hop notes and a hint of tartness."  Stay tuned for more details!
Want to plant & grow HOPS? deadline coming..

Once again we are going to sell HOP RHIZOMES.

They are $5 per Rhizome, prepaid, and we need your order in and paid for by February 28th.

Sometimes we have to make TOUGH DECISIONS:
Effective Wednesday January 29, 2014, Cape Cod Beer will begin to charge for samples of our beers at the brewery.  Now before you get upset, please understand that we have spent an enormous amount of time considering this decision.  For 10 years we have provided free samples to all those who came to visit us.  At first that was a VERY limited number of samples, but by 2013 the quantity of samples we were handing out grew to what we considered an unreasonable amount of free beer.  We can now have as many as 8 beers on tap at any time.  Eight 3 oz samples is 24 oz of free beer. When we multiplied that by the tens of thousands of visitors that we entertained each year we realized we had a problem.....

My husband loves craft beers, so Cape Cod Beer was a must on our vacation. The staff was great and very proud of their beer and it showed when they were giving the tour and discussing the various beers we tasted. We tasted five beers that day and each were great. My husband liked the Cape Cod Porter the best. And what would be a brewery without a fun gift shop! It was nice because it showcased a lot of items made by locals on the Cape.

We had stopped at the Cape Cod Chip Factory right before. Their chips go perfectly with their beer. Enjoy.
