LEARN TO HOMEBREW CLASSES
Starting a new hobby can be intimidating, so in an effort to help people learn how to brew their own beer, Cape Cod Beer will hold a monthly Learn to Homebrew Class this fall. In this class aspiring brewers will learn everything they need to know to brew and bottle their very first batch of beer. Tips and tricks from seasoned homebrewers will be shared by members of the Cape Cod Beer Brew Crew. Wednesday Dates for the one day class include: September 25th, October 23rd, and November 30th. Class runs from 6:30 to 8pm. For a $40 fee per student, the class includes:
- Classroom Materials and hands on demonstrations describing the brewing and bottling process.
- A copy of the Complete Joy of Homebrewing - the bible! If you already own this then we'll provide the Companion Book. ($15 Value).
- A $20 coupon good for future homebrew supplies purchased at Cape Cod Beer ($20 value)
- A pint of beer to enjoy during class ($5 value)

 SATURDAY 9/28Cape Cod Brew Fest - 2 sessions
We are excited to be part of the Cape Cod Brew Fest, a celebration of American craft breweries. On September 28, 2013 at the Barnstable County Fairgrounds we will join 30 breweries with over 60 styles of beer to sample from. The event will have two, three-hour sessions: 1:00 - 4:00 p.m and 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Each session will feature live music.

Featuring Oktoberfest Challenges, German Foods and Cape Cod Beer! Free to attend - Family Friendly! Tickets sold for Beer, Wine, Food and Challenges. Challenges include: CornHole Toss, Growler Holding, Hop Counting and more.
OKTOBERFEST COTUIT HISTORICAL SOCIETY
Noon-3 pm Adults $10, Children $5  Come and join your neighbors to celebrate Fall under the tent. The Doctor of Grillology graciously prepares the brats and sauerkraut from his unique oil truck turned grill station with German music added to the festivities. Cape Cod Beer has some wonderful seasonal beers to sample. Cider and hot dogs are available for the children. Tom Hadley of Cotuit demonstrates knot tying, and historic crafts and games for children. Browse for antiques in the yard sale. The gift shop will be open for the last weekend of the season (until our holiday sale weekends.) Last year people came and just enjoyed the afternoon with
the food and music and catching up with friends. Don't miss it!
