Greetings!
Wow.. just a few days ago we seemed totally entrenched in early spring with cold rainy and windy weather.. and then Voila! like a switch.. we've been blessed with some glorious spring like weather!
Spring is always a busy time for us. This year will be no exception. Toss in a continuing expansion project, a beer garden, a hot dog truck, all sorts of restaurant opening up and a few brewery events and we're already cranking.  Read on for details of upcoming events and fun!
FRIDAY NIGHT SALSA COMPETITION
If you want to enter your salsa, you must do this quickly, as we are trying to get everyone registered in advance - click here
 
If you just want to sample and judge salsa - show up at the brewery at 6pm on Friday night!   A special GRACIAS to Sam Diego's for providing chips!

Course 1: paired with Pilsener

Oyster on the half shell, jalapeno peach mignonette  and a Baked oyster, farm cheese, chive and pilsener crumbs

Course 2: paired with Summer or Beach Blonde

Grilled radicchio, Great Hill blue cheese, pickled vegetables and tomato ale vinaigrette

Course 3: paired with IPA

Beer braised pork belly, smoked onion gnocchi, pea puree and malt caramel

Course 4: paired with Red

Bison flat iron, marinated bean salad, peppered beer sauce

Course 5: paired with Porter

Porter float, vanilla ice cream and a Dark chocolate cupcake, coffee butter cream and toffee crunch

Join us for this monthly networking event and rub elbows with 50-100 of your fellow Cape Codders who are all focused on the same mission..... to CONNECT with new and familiar faces, ENGAGE in your community, and ADVANCE a more secure future for young professionals on Cape Cod.  

All are welcome; bring your friends, come solo, or come and make some new ones!

American Craft Beer Week
The Brewer's Association has declared May 13th - 19th  
American Craft Beer Week!  We're proud to be part of the Craft Beer Industry, and this year hope to participate in the NATIONWIDE TOAST on Thursday Night at 8pm.  Stay tuned for more details as we pick several locations between Plymouth and Provincetown to "host a toast".
