A MESSAGE FROM MR. HOFF

As many of you have heard, last week one of our substitute teachers who subs for us on a regular basis fell on the steps at school, breaking both wrists and part of her jaw.  Miss Redman had to undergo a couple surgeries, and is currently at home recovering.  With injuries of this magnitude, she is unable to work while she is healing, and we would like to come alongside her at this time to help her out financially with some of her medical bills.  If you feel led to contribute, please follow the link to the GoFundMe page that Mrs. Ho has created for her.

We have also set up a "Take Them a Meal" schedule, if you would like to help in that way. Just click the link and sign up for a date. Please note the special instructions that have been written.

Thank you so very much for any help you can give!
POETRY COFFEE HOUSE - The Middle School students would like to invite you to their annual Poetry Coffee House on Friday 4/01 beginning at 8:20 at the Middle School. Join us for some coffee, donuts, and some great poetry by the Middle School students! You won't want to miss this "far-out" beatnik morning!
LIONPALOOZA - Our annual Year End Extravaganza is being planned now!  We sure could use your help! There are many volunteer opportunities available... from ticket sales to food service to game supervision and everything in between. There is a spot for you!  To entice you... if you sign on to help, we will cover your 3rd Trimester Service Hours! How about that?  Just let Mr. Hoff know you are interested by email or by calling him at 256-9715.

VARIETY SHOW CANCELED - Unfortunately, we have had to cancel our annual variety show this year, as we were unable to secure a person to coordinate the event.  Hopefully we will be able to bring back this beloved event next year, with a new team of willing volunteers.

BOXTOPS/CAMPBELLS CONTEST NEXT WEEK! March 28-April 4, bring in the Boxtops and Campbells labels you've been collecting all Winter! The class who brings in the most will win a Popcorn Party!  See the flyer for more details.

CARPOOL HELP NEEDED - We have a middle school family who needs help with carpool on Wednesday afternoons. If you live in the Burton area and have room in your vehicle, would you be willing to help this family? Please contact Mrs. Pesacreta in the Middle School office for more information.

DRUM AND PIANO LESSONS! Mr. Wise has time slots open for Drum and Piano lessons, as well as private tutoring. Please email him for specifics or visit his website for more information!

Parents - are you aware that we have an awesome resource for practice/game schedules and locations? Click on our Athletic Calendar for up-to-the-minute details. Everything you need to know is right there - it will even link to your map program and give you directions! And, if you subscribe, you will be alerted via text or email whenever there are any changes!

Box Tops & Campbells Labels

Did you know that CCA earns money for each and every Box Top & Campbells label you turn in? This money has been used for much needed items from PE Equipment to Art Supplies. As an added incentive, we have quarterly contests to see which class can bring in the most! If you have any questions, please contact the PTF.
Effortless Fundraising

CCA has partnered with Fred Meyer and AmazonSmile in an opportunity to raise money. For Fred Meyer customers, it is as easy as linking your rewards card. For Amazon.com shoppers, all of the same products, prices, and service you are accustomed to are accessible through AmazonSmile, which donates 0.5% of each purchase to CCA. By taking a few simple steps you may aide in the raising of funds. For more information about the necessary steps, see our flyer.
