Tickets are now on sale for "A Red Carpet Event" - Cornerstone's Father Daughter dance on Saturday, January 30th from 6:00-8:00 p.m.  You won't want to miss this star-studded evening filled with food, dancing, and photos galore.  Tickets are $40 for a father/daughter couple, and only $10 more for each additional daughter in the family.  Ticket sales end on Friday, January 22nd.   Due to limited space, we can only accommodate 240 people, so once the tickets are gone, the event will be closed.  Get your tickets today in the elementary school office, or by filling out the attached form and sending it in with your payment.  The tickets will then be sent home with your child...be sure to ask for them!
CCA Parent Survey - Online!

Cornerstone Christian Academy is currently conducting surveys schoolwide in an effort to improve system practices. Our students have been having fun taking surveys in class this week as they give us their feedback as well!  The Parent Survey link was emailed to your registered email address on Monday.  Your opinion is very important to us, and we ask that you please take the time to complete the survey, which will be available from January 11-22If you need the link re-sent, Mrs. Thulin would be happy to help. Families with multiple children at CCA, if your survey answers would be different based on the different grade levels of your children, feel free to take the survey more than once.  Any and all input is valuable to us and appreciated.

As a way of saying "Thank You", we are offering 2 service hours upon completion of the survey! Just send an email to Mrs. Thulin indicating that you have taken the survey and she will record the hours for you.

EVENT HELP NEEDED - Two well-loved CCA traditions, the "Variety Show and Dessert Raffle" and "Lionpalooza", are in need of your help!  We are looking for two people to step up to coordinate these events, and a team of helpers to assist them.  The Variety Show has been rescheduled to the last Friday in April (4/29) and Lionpalooza is the first Friday of June (6/3). If no one steps forward, we will have to cancel these events this year.  If you would be willing to help, or have any questions about what is involved, please send an email to Mrs. Thulin. Thank you!

GROWING GODLY GIRLS IS BACK!  An all new year of Growing Godly Girls launched yesterday. There is still time to sign up! It is being led by Mrs. Poland and Miss Freudenburg. Kindergarten through 5th grade girls join together in the Fellowship Hall on Wednesdays from 3:15-4:45pm for snacks, games, worship, crafts, small group discussion and so much more.  Contact Mrs. Rose to get registered for the 1st six week session - only $40.

LONG TIME CCA FAMILY IN NEED - One of our staff members, Lori Arnold, recently found out that her husband, Andy, has been diagnosed with Cerebellar Ataxia with Nystagmus. The cerebellum regulates voluntary muscle movement. The cerebellum part of his brain is much smaller than would be expected in someone of his age. This means Andy can no longer work and needs full time care. The doctors believe that it is genetic with a late onset. CCA would like to come along side the Arnold family through prayers and donations to help with medical bills. As a result, we have set up a GoFundMe account...all money raised will go directly to the Arnold family to pay for Andy's care. If you would like to help, please click here to donate. Thank you in advance for your prayers and help!

FAMILY IN NEED OF MEALS - WOULD YOU LIKE TO HELP?   We are arranging meals for the Demmitt family again as Lisa recovers from surgery. They have four young children at home, so preparing meals while trying to recover is a bit overwhelming.  If you would like to help, please go to the Take Them a Meal page for more details. Thank you in advance CCA family for your generosity!

MRS. LAYNE NEEDS ITEMS FOR ART - Mrs. Layne is looking for paper towel and toilet paper tubes for an upcoming art project at the Elementary School.  If you'd like to help, please bring them in to the Elementary office. Thank you!

DOES YOUR STUDENT NEED HELP WITH MATH? We've got a solution for you! Mr. Smith, our Middle School math teacher is offering after school tutoring. Please contact him for available dates/times.

Box Tops & Campbells Labels

Did you know that CCA earns money for each and every Box Top & Campbells label you turn in? This money has been used for much needed items from PE Equipment to Art Supplies. As an added incentive, we have quarterly contests to see which class can bring in the most! If you have any questions, please contact the PTF.
Effortless Fundraising

CCA has partnered with Fred Meyer and AmazonSmile in an opportunity to raise money. For Fred Meyer customers, it is as easy as linking your rewards card. For Amazon.com shoppers, all of the same products, prices, and service you are accustomed to are accessible through AmazonSmile, which donates 0.5% of each purchase to CCA. By taking a few simple steps you may aide in the raising of funds. For more information about the necessary steps, see our flyer.
