2016 Pilot grant LOI deadline October 30 
 
The Center for the Promotion of Health in the New England Workplace (CPH-NEW) Pilot Grants Program awards researchers small grants of up to $11,000 each to conduct preliminary studies or demonstration projects.

Projects must relate to the CDC National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health "Total Worker Health" mission - the integration of occupational safety and health with workplace health promotion to advance health, safety and well-being of workers. 
 
Investigators eligible include university graduate students, post-docs, and faculty or other individuals from community or non-academic institutions who have a demonstrated interest and research capability.


Letters of Intent due: October 30, 2015.
Application due: January 8, 2015 (by invitation)

Oct. 23 -  Jennifer Cavallari, ScD, Assistant Professor, UConn Health presents at The Connecticut Public Health Association 2015 Annual Conference: "Healthy by Design" in Waterbury, CT. 8am - 4pm. 

Nov. 17-18 - Jennifer Cavallari, ScD, Assistant Professor, UConn Health will present "Designing Healthy Workplaces"at the ASSE New England Chapters Conference.
