Introducing 3 Webinars: Generate Solutions Using the IDEAS Tool

The heart of the Healthy Workplace Participatory Program toolkit is the Intervention Design and Analysis Scorecard, or IDEAS tool. Using a 7-step group process, employees identify the root causes of safety and health concerns, and design appropriate interventions. These 1-hour webinars will show you how to facilitate intervention planning using the IDEAS worksheets, guides, and examples in your organization.
