Brentford to the Solent aboard Time Lost
Time Lost eased out of Brentford Dock on freeflow, them moored for a few minutes on the new pontoon by Chiswick Bridge to lower the radar arch. As lovely as this new pontoon is it has no cleats so mooring is clearly discouraged. The sun shone as we made our way through London and down the Thames towards the Medway, finally reaching Chatham at about 9pm.
The next leg of the voyage was supposed to take us from Chatham to Brighton, however an engine fault resulted in us heading into Newhaven instead. George plans to keep Time Lost on the south coast over the summer.

Coming Up
6th July - Cruise Upriver
I will be taking Hebe III on a trip upriver to Kingston, possibly beyond, taking in lunch at the Boaters or The Old Swan at Thames Ditton. Winson and Lisa are taking their boat and I have space on the boat for anybody that would like to come along. If you are interested in bringing your boat on this trip or join me for the trip, please get in touch.
