NAACOs FALL Conference

The NAACOS Fall 2014 Conference on September 22-23 in Washington, D.C. will deliver valuable care coordination and cost management strategies for all accountable care organizations, whether they are new or more established. The two-day conference will draw more than 400 ACO leaders and will feature guidance from noted ACO experts, access to CMS officials, and peer-to-peer learning. Post-conference half-day workshops will provide in-depth tutorials on key issues for the ACO community.

CMS New Website Feature for ACOs

CMS just added to the Shared Savings Program website a page titled, "ACOs in Your State."  Data and a map of the Shared Savings Program can be found at Data.CMS.gov. 

 

You will find searchable lists of ACOs and ACO participants. The lists include service area and contact information, as well as direct links to websites and email addresses where available.  Also find a national ACO map with live links to organization information.
