Pullman Camper Shell

Well, Sunday marks the beginning of fall which probably means something different to each one of you. If you have kids who have school activities the season is probably just about over. Many of you will enjoy the fall colors and cooler temperatures well into October. In the south I am sure you guys are ready to kick the season off with much more bearable weather. We tend to have our best camping weekends during this time and all to soon we will find ourselves winterizing the RV and calling it a good camping year. Just wish winter wasn't so long!

It's important to winterize and store your RV properly, so it will be
ready to go for the next season. Stagnant water turns nasty and pollutes holding tanks and the remaining liquids can freeze and burst your plumbing pipes during frigid temperatures amounting to a lot of costly repairs. Just draining the lines won't work properly, as small amounts of water can get trapped in the most unlikely places, inside the pumps, faucet's, drains, and holding tanks and you either have to get every bit of it out, or treat it so that it can't freeze.
