Greetings!
Are you ready for Christmas? Do you have all of those gifts purchased and the house or RV ready for the big day? Or are you the type that waits until the last minute, hunts down that final bargain with just minutes to spare? Yesterday there were alot of procrastinators out on the roads and with the 6-8" of snow we got hit with it reminded me of bumper cars at an amusement park on my way home from work. Just one more thing to ratchet up the stress level during the holidays. But I stayed pretty calm, I love a good snow storm, (hate the aftermath of cold & snow though) and flipped on some Christmas music. (you know the good stuff sung by Frank, Nat, Bing and Perry) As I traveled the 35 miles or so at about 10 mph it gave me plenty of time to think and review past camping trips and the possibility of full-timing sometime in the future. Lately, when I get a free minute at night I have been reading some of the RV'ing blogs. One in particular, Wheeling it, features great photography, timely updates and even info on the financial side of retiring early. They make the simplified lifestyle sound "oh so good". Well until that day comes I better get back to grabbing that last minute gift and getting the house ready for Christmas. I can't wait to say getting the RV ready for Christmas.
All of us here at RVupgrades would like to wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! |
