Request For Proposals: 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) Grant
Grant applications due to Indiana Department of Education on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 no later than 4:30 PM EST.
Eligibility: Any public or private organization is eligible to apply. Examples include but are not limited to: school districts, charter schools, schools, educational consortia, nonprofit agencies, city or county government agencies, faith-based organizations, institutions of higher education, for-profit organizations. Funds Available: $7 million will be available in this application period.
Program Purpose: To establish 21st CCLC programs that provide at-risk students with opportunities for academic enrichment, personal enrichment, and other activities designed to complement the students' regular academic program during non-school hours and may have one or multiple centers/sites, which may be located in schools, community facilities, and/or faith-based facilities. Proposals jointly submitted by school(s) and community-based organizations or other private or public entities will be given priority for funding.

- Fiscal Processes: Wednesday, September 28, 2016, 10 AM (EST)

- Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at 4:30 PM (EST): Grant application due
- December 2016: Awards announced
