The RVAA Board of Directors surveyed attendees of the 2012 Conference in Chicago. The feedback from those surveyed will help provide information to improve future conferences. The data establishes a benchmark for the overall success of the 2012 conference.
The members were asked to rate 12 different items in the survey sent out by the Board. Each category was rated on a scale from 1 to 5, with 1 being the lowest mark and 5 being the highest mark.

| RVAA Places Emphasis on Public Relations |

RVAA has started a public relations department within the marketing committee to further recognition of the organization. Adding a public relations role within the committee allows for a focus to be placed on obtaining more awareness on RVAA within the industry and nationally. There are several great programs offered through RVAA and by creating more awareness of them, the industry, as a whole will benefit from promotion.
The marketing committee recently recruited additional members with background in sales, marketing and public relations within the RV industry. As new information and promotions are developed, it will be spread out to a wider distribution channel to reach more people and shine a greater light on RVAA.
