There is an overview of the regulations, as well as a focus on the operational side of a transit agency's functions.

FTA is seeking nominations for individuals to serve as members for two-year terms on the Transit Advisory Committee for Safety (TRACS). Nominees should be knowledgeable of trends and issues
related to rail or bus transit safety. Applications are due August 31.
