The Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA) launched the website for the National Volunteer Transportation Center

The Center for Urban Transportation Research (CUTR) has two webinar recordings available, both presented by staff of the Small Urban and Rural Transit Center (SURTC) at North Dakota State University. Veteran Mobility in Small Urban and Rural Areas and Cost-Benefit Analysis of Rural and Small Urban Transit can both be viewed online.  

The Local and Tribal Technical Assistance Program (LTAP/TTAP) has just unveiled a new logo and website. Visit http://ltap.org/ to see the new site.

 
Rural Public and Intercity Bus Full Conference Schedule Available

The 21st National Conference on Rural Public and Intercity Bus Transportation, October 26-29th in Monterey, CA now has a full, detailed conference schedule available. See it by visiting http://www.ribtc.org/, clicking on Conference Program, then using the four views at the top of the page to view detailed session/route information. 

With almost 40 sessions to choose from and 100 speakers in the areas of planning, policy, mobility, operations and technology, the conference is a great place to network with other transit providers and state DOT program managers and to learn about the latest in the rural and tribal transit industry.
