FTA/DOT Updates

The FTA has published a Federal Register notice in which  four additional chapters for the ADA Circular are proposed. Review the updates and comment by April 21st. View the entire proposed circular. 

The FMCSA is proposing a Commercial Driver's License Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse, described in this METRO Magazine blog post, and available for comment in the Federal Register.
