Submissions for National RTAP's 2013 Photo Contest, "Putting Training to Work!" are due at midnight on Friday, March 29th. We are looking for pictures in any way related to training activities. White House Seeking Nominations for Champions of Change in Transportation
The White House's Champions of Change initiative is currently seeking nominations for a new round of recognition. The transportation community has until March 28th to nominate an individual who has provided leadership in transportation technology solutions that have increased performance, enhanced communication, or benefited in another way. EPA Seeking Applications for National Award for Smart Growth Achievement
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is accepting applications for the 2013 National Award for Smart Growth Achievement. The agency recognizes communities that use innovation to drive positive change in areas relating to housing choice, smart corridor development, and protecting the environment. Improving and increasing transportation options is one of the smart growth development practices that the EPA is interested in recognizing.
