Do you view your customers as always right or as your number one priority? Too many businesses do themselves a discredit by claiming that the customer is always right. Think about it for a moment. If a customer is always right, then you are saying they know better than you about your particular offering. To create credibility and confidence in your business over competitors, you must demonstrate that you have answers that the customer cannot find anywhere else. Then make customers your priority through exceptional attention to their needs and responsiveness to fulfilling their needs. When you shift to the customer is number one, then they begin to feel like you are the only one they want to do business with.
