January 14, 2013 -  Have you set goals that others believe are unachievable or even you believe are out of reach? Don't let this discourage you or hinder your ability to move forward. After all, a goal should be something that requires your attention, focus and effort to obtain. Otherwise, it wouldn't be a goal, but merely an item to do on your list.
 

Take an MM&I Moment to note any reasons why you or others believe a particular goal is unachievable or out of reach at this time. Then list what you need to know or do to make this a less critical issue now or in the future. By focusing on the most challenging aspects of the goal, you will create even greater momentum towards achieving the goal, perhaps even sooner than you originally anticipated.
