December 31, 2012 -   How are you evolving to help you take things to your next level of achievement for the year ahead? What are you doing to gain more knowledge, awareness, insight or understanding? Instead of focusing on making resolutions, focus instead on evolution. Instead of focusing on what needs to be changed or fixed, focus instead on what can be better or advanced. Too often, we focus too much on what is not happening instead of what is happening.

Take an MM&I Moment to list all that you accomplished and went well for you this past year. Then list what you can do to build upon and continue to evolve with positive momentum as a result of these successes. By continuing to focus on what is going well and seeing progress as a result, you will be able to better manage challenges because you are in a better frame of mind to do so.  Happiest of the New Year to you! Make it all you know that it can be, and even more than you imagined!
