MM&I Header

November 19, 2012 - Are you feeling the pressure that hits you every holiday season?  Are you overwhelmed by the to-do list that has gotten longer, the obligations that have gotten more demanding and the everyday living and working that somehow still needs to get done? So much of our anxiety this time of year is just in the mere thinking of all that is on our plate.

Take an MM&I Moment to just pause and think of the simple things that bring a smile to your face about this time of year. Take a moment to envision what gives you a sense of peace and brings pleasure to your spirit. Write these thoughts down and make sure these things are incorporated into your hustle and bustle. Make sure you share and encourage these sources of comfort and catching your own breath with others too, so everyone can truly make the season more jolly and memorable in all the best ways.

Synergized Quote of the Week

"We do not remember days, we remember moments. The richness of life lies in memories." - Cesare Payese

Savvy Secret Tip of the Week

Want to be different than everyone else in how you acknowledge and show appreciation for your customer? Many businesses choose the Thanksgiving holiday to share their appreciation. However, if you've missed that window of opportunity, consider celebrating the New Year with a message and a token of appreciation after the year has officially rung in. This will separate you from competitors, as well as not pose awkward messaging due to varying beliefs during the holiday season.
