CAMT Training
Begins March 5, 2014

Maintenance expenses are the single largest controllable element in any operating budget.  This course is designed as an introduction for new maintenance professionals, or as a refresher for the veteran employee, to give these professionals the knowledge and tools necessary to run an effective maintenance program.

The seven courses include:
Two on-line classes (Inside the Apartment Business & People, Projects & Profits) and five technical hands-on courses on electrical maintenance and repair; HVAC, Appliance Maintenance and Repair; Interior/Exterior Maintenance and Plumbing.

Rebuilding Together - Community Outreach
February 19, 2014

Once again AACP has partnered with Central PA's Rebuilding Together, the nation's leading non-profit organization working to preserve affordable homeownership and revitalize neighborhoods by providing critical home repair and modification services to those in need. This year we are concentrating on doing LOTS of work in ONE home, rather than several small projects in numerous homes. For this one home, we are looking for people that that have skills in general carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, floor installation (vinyl).
