"Giving Garden" to help East Bay Food Pantry
Saturday, June 29th at FCC
Come join the East Bay Food Pantry in creating and planting a vegetable garden, to be named the Giving Garden, on
Saturday June 29, 2013 at 9 a.m. at the First Congregational Church of Bristol at 300 High Street.
We need help to cut sod, turn soil, and plant vegetable seeds and plants. We need tools to do this. If you have any of the following tools that you are willing to lend to the project please contact the coordinator, Rebecca DuBreuil via e-mail at: RebeccaDuBreuil5689@gmail.com- Trowels
- Sod Cutters
- Cultivators
- Automatic Tillers
- Loppers\Clippers
We especially need a roto-tiller!
The Giving Garden was created as Rebecca DuBreuil's Girl Scout Gold Award project. In order to complete the project in one day we need many volunteers. If you would like to volunteer either contact Rebecca at the above e-mail address or just show up on June 29, ready to work and wearing work clothes. Be ready to get dirty and have some fun in the sun.
