The Excellence in Research Administration initiative has finalized the next wave of process enhancements, as announced recently. A complete summary of the changes, which became effective February 1, is provided in the the announcement. Please note that additional eCOI Training Sessions have been scheduled since last week's announcement. While not mandatory, training is recommended for faculty, staff, and department administrators who are not familiar with the eCOI process. Additional training will be posted to the Office of Research Regulatory Affairs website

Busch Biomedical Grants Submissions Due March 18 
Proposals for the 2016 Busch Biomedical Grant Program will be accepted starting February 22. The deadline is March 18 at 5 p.m. Grants of $25,000 to $50,000 for projects of one to two years will be awarded. At least $400,000 is expected to be available for this year's program. The Busch Biomedical Grant Program is open to full-time faculty universitywide. More information is posted here.

ORED Units Now at 33 Knightsbridge Road in Piscataway
Much of the Office of Research and Economic Development moved to a building at 33 Knightsbridge Road, Piscataway. Units relocated include the Division of Grant and Contract Accounting, the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP), the Office of Research Commercialization, corporate contracts, research development, and research operations. Telephone numbers have not changed due to the move.
