Tourism Talk
Hello!

I don't know about you, but I am happy to see the sunshine still lingering around town! Despite the falling leaves, there are still several things to get out and do before the snow hits!

On the 20th, the SPCA celebrates their 85th anniversary! A huge congratulations to them! The Broadway sensation, Les Miserables, comes to Saskatoon on the 27th & 28th and Woman's World is taking place at Prairieland Park from October 4th-6th!

From an internal standpoint, you are formally invited to attend our advanced social media workshop taking place on October 3rd. More details are below!

Thank you for reading and enjoy whats left of our summer!

Cheers,

Kelsey Slorstad
Membership Coordinator

STEMfest Secured!

Global STEM States, along with Tourism Saskatoon,  announced in late August that Saskatoon will be the host city for STEMfest 2015; a festival of science, technology, engineering and mathematics conferences and events.

The 10 day event (likely to be held in September of 2015) could bring along more than 3,000 delegates and will be sure to pump a couple million dollars, in direct spending, into our city!
