Greetings!

The holidays are fast approaching, it's a good feeling to know that Operation Support Our Troops America has done it's part to help make them a little brighter for our troops.  We are fortunate to have so many generous donors to help us keep the troops supplied.

Good morning!  I just received two wonderful boxes from OSOT America and wanted to let you know how much I truly appreciate it.  It means so much receiving such amazing support from back home!  Plus, I'm not sure how, but you managed to figure out my weakness for Slim Jims!! :) My team has a pretty stressful mission out here, so I shared a lot of the candy with them - it really helped raise their spirits, especially as the holiday season away from our families draws closer. (I kept plenty for myself of course, and will start working out twice a day asap!)

Thank you again so much for all that you do, the support is greatly appreciated!!

LT Becky, currently at Kandahar, Afghanistan

Eleven quilts were donated for the troops, Becky was one of the lucky recipients!

The quilt? I did receive it, and it's wonderful! I will be writing them a thank you note shortly. I love the stockings so much too, I'm going to have to share with some of my soldiers!

Thank you again so much for the support, it really does help the deployment go by a lot easier.

Take care!

Becky

I'd like to take this moment to thank everyone who has donated so graciously to those of us who will not be home for the holidays.  The items I received really brightened my day and I'd like to thank you all. A smile is a difficult thing to come by these days and especially so during the holidays when we have to be away from our families.  Anytime we soldiers receive anything from home reminding us of home, and reminding us of that for which we must be away, these small gestures go a long way towards making that separation much more bearable. Again, I'd like to thank you for your support and for everything you do to support us during these trying times.

Sincerely,

SGT John
