2013 Festivals: Coming Soon
The Academy of Preachers and our 111 Partners are planning at least 20 Festivals for Young Preachers during 2013. Chief among these are the New York Regional Festival (September 27-28) and the Texas Regional Festival (October 4-5). Each of these Festivals can accommodate 36 Young Preachers. Registration will open on the AoP web site in March.

Sermons by Young Preachers Published by Chalice Press
 Uncommon Sense: Jesus and the Renewal of the World is the third volume of Festival sermons published by our Founding Partner Chalice Press of St. Louis. It contains sermons from the 2012 National Festival of Young Preachers where the preaching theme was the Sermon on the Mount.
The book includes 69 Festival sermons plus 5 sermons preached by seasoned ministers during the plenary sessions.
This book joins with two earlier volumes (A Beautiful Thing and Waking to the Holy) to be the primary contemporary repository of the preaching of the rising generation.
An added feature of this volume is a study guide, an ideal and unique body of material for small group bible studies. In fact, a group of any age can view the video of one of the thirteen selected sermons for the guide on YouTube, read the sermon in the book, and use the questions to facilitate group discussion.
