Parent's Prayer: 
 
Heavenly Father,
The Bible says that you have both the power and the desire to save us from calamities in our lives, but that we must seek you. Lord, we do seek you today and ask that you would rescue us from calamities that would otherwise overtake us. Father, we pray that you would give us the strategy and the ability to overcome any difficulties we are facing in our lives. Lord, we especially pray that _________ would have a new wind of strength to overcome the challenges that he/she is facing, particularly with (name a few struggles). Lord, we thank you that when we come to you, you have promised to rescue us and to keep us from harm. We give you the praise and honor for promising to cause all things to work together for good to those that love you and are called according to your purposes. We choose, today, to believe that every situation in our lives will be turned for good.
