Guilford County Cooperative Extension
School Garden Network
|
The Guilford County School Garden Network brings together teachers, parents, administrators and volunteers to create and maintain school gardens in Guilford County. We do on-site appraisals, consultations, and provide garden based lesson plans in order to deliver and support the best garden based learning for children in our schools.
Please let your schools know of a funding opportunity for the School Garden Network at Whole Foods Market on September 18th. It is a 5% Day for the organization to obtain greatly needed funding! The more money raised, the more we can help schools with gardens at no charge to them. Click here for the flier.
