Just a few updates for this week. The two new items are about Reflections and PTA Schools of Excellence. Again, I hope everyone is taking time to rejuvenate and enjoy your family this summer!

- The National PTA Reflections Program is an awesome way for your students to express themselves through cultural arts. Please consider offering this program to your students if you don't already. Click here for more information on REFLECTIONS and let your students "Believe, Dream, Inspire".
- Lynne Williams Devaney, our council Reflections Chair is looking for some help! She needs a team of people to help in distributing 2013-2014 entries to judges; collecting entries from local units/schools; setting up entries for the county display to name a few things. She also needs someone with access to a scanner to scan art work. If you are interested in serving on this committee, please email Lynne at lynnewilllynne@aol.com or call 215-5335. (Presidents, please pass this information on to your Reflections chairs as well).

- Annual Online Financial Review is due August 31st. Click Here for all the information to complete this requirement.

- September 14th - Parent Leaders - Don't Miss!! Our Parent Engagement Conference and Full Council Meeting will be held at A&T University from 8:00am-3:00pm. There will be speakers and break out training sessions, plus lunch for everyone who registers. This event is also sponsored by NCPTA, A&T University, and Guilford Parent Academy.
- Reflections Turn-in will be Thursday, November 21st from 9:30am-5:30pm in the PTA Room located on Eugene Street.
