5 weeks 'till Spring...Really!

So, here's where we Bostonians stand as of Monday, February 16th:

This is the snowiest February ever with 42.3"

And that's with 12 days to go.

30 day total...74.7"

20 day total...73.9"

So far this year...92.5"

1995-1996 holds the record,so far, with 107.6". We're only 15" away! Anyone taking bets on whether or not we'll break that record?

Oh, and did I mention that it's been a bit chilly?

And it's not just in New England. The mid-Atlantic and Southern states have their own snow, sleet and freezing rain.

But take heart - Red Sox pitchers and catchers report on February 20th and the full squad reports on February 24th.

These baseball stress relievers will, of course, relieve the stress of all this horrible, nasty snow and cold. They'll also remind folks of the coming Spring and the warmth of baseball season.
