I have to confess that I am totally guilty of not giving enough recognition to our Project Manager Melissa Merola. I get so caught up in the day-to-day of projects forgetting that it's Melissa that keeps the trains running on time here. She's the person who makes sure that our client's get their orders on time and done right.
Maybe you have a Melissa in your office who deserves some recognition. Well, April 20-26 is Administrative Professionals Week and I've got some ways to say "Thank You."
